This draft aims to embed the Cabinet of the Minister Plenipotentiary into the governmental structure of Sint Maarten. The cabinet is responsible for supporting the Minister Plenipotentiary. The goal of the Cabinet is to support the Minister Plenipotentiary in looking after and representing the interest of the Country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands and outside insofar as these has been assigned to them under the Charter of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
